We don’t believe in eliminating food groups forever (for skin purposes). Food gives us joy! If you’ve restricted your diet to get here, now might be a good time to reintroduce anything you’re missing . It’s all about discovering your personal acne triggers and finding a healthy balance.
Lower your stress and increase your Zzzzs.
Keep your stress levels as low as possible by taking care of your mental health and sleep for at least 6-8 hours a night. Also, sleep-ins are permitted. They’re the best on Sundays.
